New Air Traffic Control Tower I, SFO
In April, 2015, I first saw the new air traffic control tower at San Francisco International Airport (SFO); it was still under construction, but was almost finished and looked stunning in setting golden sunlight. I took a couple of pictures of it with my old Nikon D50 and loved the results.
Later, in March, 2018, returning from a trip to South Florida for my mother’s 91st birthday (yep, 91 and still in pretty good shape), I again was awestruck by the gorgeousness of this structure in the late afternoon light and again I took several photos of this building, letting my eyes and mind take flight, just as the Tower itself seems to do.
